Plus 150 Golf is designed to help users track golf scores, games, and friendly wagers. You agree to use the App only for lawful, recreational purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not impersonate another person or share your account.
The App allows users to track informal, friendly bets between players. However, Plus 150 Golf does not process or facilitate any real-money transactions or betting. Any financial settlements must occur outside the App. The App does not act as a broker, escrow agent, or payment processor.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Plus 150 Golf makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of scores, game calculations, or wager tracking. We are not responsible for any score errors, disputed wagers, or any settlements that occur outside the App. Plus 150 Golf shall not be liable for any financial loss arising from friendly wagers tracked in the App. Use of the App is at your own risk.
The App does not link accounts to, integrate with, or process payments through any third-party services. Users may optionally enter a GHIN number for personal reference. Any settlement of friendly wagers occurs entirely outside the App through whatever method users prefer (e.g., cash, Venmo, or other services). Plus 150 Golf does not facilitate, broker, or process any payments. Third-party services you choose to use are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
